Companies that use HAProxy

Looking through these companies, I noticed HAProxy users span an incredibly diverse range of sectors, but there's a unifying thread: they're all operating critical digital infrastructure that demands reliability. I see government agencies managing citizen data and public services, financial institutions handling transactions and sensitive information, healthcare providers managing patient records and telemedicine, retailers processing e-commerce orders, and media companies delivering content. These aren't companies experimenting with technology. They're organizations where downtime or performance issues have real consequences.

These are predominantly mature, established organizations. I see very few early-stage startups. The employee counts skew toward 50+ people, with many in the hundreds or thousands. Several are publicly traded or part of larger corporate groups. The funding data shows Series B companies or post-IPO entities, not seed-stage ventures. Many explicitly mention decades of history: "since 1845," "over 60 years," "founded in 1925." Even the newer digital companies serve established client bases at scale.
