The vast majority operate acute care hospitals, critical access hospitals, or integrated health systems with multiple locations. A few are specialized facilities like orthopedic centers or surgical hospitals, but the core pattern is clear: these organizations admit patients, perform procedures, and manage complex clinical operations.

These are clearly mature, established institutions. The employee counts range from small rural hospitals with 50-200 staff to major systems with 10,000 plus employees. Many mention decades of history, some going back to the 1890s or early 1900s. They talk about expansion projects, multiple locations, and affiliations with larger networks. These aren't startups figuring out product-market fit. They're stable organizations managing complex operations at scale.
