I analyzed these 91 ClassLink customers and found they are overwhelmingly public K-12 school districts in the United States. These aren't traditional companies that sell products. They are educational institutions that provide free public education to students in specific geographic areas, typically serving anywhere from a few thousand to over 90,000 students. They employ teachers, administrators, and support staff to deliver curriculum across elementary, middle, and high schools.

These are decidedly mature, established institutions. Many explicitly mention founding dates going back decades or even centuries. They operate large facilities, manage substantial budgets in the tens or hundreds of millions, and employ hundreds to thousands of staff. They aren't scaling rapidly by choice, but growing steadily as their communities expand. The few funding mentions are grants or bonds, not venture capital. Their employee counts and student populations indicate operational complexity at enterprise scale.
