I noticed that FortiMail users span an incredibly diverse range of operations, but they share a common thread: they're organizations handling critical physical or digital infrastructure. I see global logistics giants like DHL moving packages across continents, airlines like Ethiopian Airlines transporting passengers, hospitals like Cincinnati Children's caring for patients, banks like ADIB processing financial transactions, and government agencies like Mexico City's government serving millions of citizens. These aren't companies selling software or marketing services. They're building roads, manufacturing electrical components, distributing pharmaceuticals, operating schools, and running essential public services.

These are decidedly mature, established enterprises. The employee counts tell the story immediately: I see organizations with 10,000+ employees, extensive physical infrastructure with dozens or hundreds of locations, and deep operational complexity. Many are publicly traded, have ISO certifications, or operate critical national infrastructure. These aren't startups iterating on product-market fit. They're institutions with decades of operations, regulatory obligations, and reputational risk.
