I noticed Source attracts a wide spectrum of companies, but they share a common thread: they're all building or operating complex systems that require serious operational efficiency. Some are pure software companies building AI agents, automation platforms, and SaaS tools. Others are service providers in logistics, healthcare communication, disability care, and eCommerce consulting. What unites them is they're all managing intricate workflows, whether that's moving freight across the Northeast, coordinating patient communications, or deploying RPA automations.

The stage distribution is genuinely mixed. I counted three pre-seed or seed stage startups with small teams under 50 people, several mid-stage companies with 50-200 employees, and established players like scandiweb with 450+ employees and decades of operation since 2003. Port Jersey Logistics has over half a century of experience. This isn't a typical early-stage startup profile. Source seems to work across the maturity spectrum.
