I analyzed these JustFOIA customers and found they're almost exclusively government entities and public sector organizations. These aren't companies building products or selling services in the traditional sense. They're municipal governments, county administrations, police departments, sheriff's offices, and tourism bureaus that serve residents and manage public infrastructure. They provide services like police and fire protection, parks and recreation, water and sewer systems, public works, elections administration, and community development.

These are definitively mature, established organizations. The employee counts range from around 20 to over 1,600, with many in the 50-500 range. None show venture funding or startup characteristics. They reference incorporation dates going back to the 1800s and early 1900s. They operate on annual budgets, have elected officials, and provide long-standing essential services. This is the opposite of a growth-stage startup landscape.
