Companies that use Citibot

I noticed that Citibot serves public sector organizations, specifically municipal governments and county law enforcement agencies. These aren't companies that build or sell products. Instead, they deliver essential public services to residents: managing city operations, organizing community events, maintaining public safety, processing civil matters, and running correctional facilities. They're the operational backbone of local government, handling everything from permitting to policing.

These are mature, established organizations rather than startups. The employee counts range from 163 to over 1,000, indicating substantial operational scale. They've existed for decades, often centuries, and have stable funding through tax revenue rather than venture capital. The signals are clear: long institutional histories, large workforces, complex multi-departmental structures, and references to governance frameworks like "Council-Manager form of government."
