Effective date: November 3, 2026
Revealera ("Revealera," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Revealera, LLC, provides alternative data intelligence for investment professionals and, under the Bloomberry brand, technographic data for sales and marketing teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit revealera.com or bloomberry.com (together, the "Site"), request access to our products, or use the Bloomberry browser extension (the "Extension").
This policy covers the Site, the Extension, and related business communications. Access to and use of our data products, API, and dashboards may be governed by a separate agreement.
Information you provide. When you submit our "Request Access" or contact form, we collect the information you enter: first name, last name, business email address, company name, job title, and any message you include. We use this to respond to your inquiry and evaluate access. When you create a Bloomberry account, we collect your email address and issue you an API key.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting providers automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps. This is used for security, reliability, and operating the Site.
Local browser storage. To prevent loss of your submission, the Site temporarily stores the contents of a form you submit in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us separately from your form submission. You can clear it at any time via your browser settings.
The Extension shows the technologies used by the website open in your current browser tab.
What it reads. When you click the Extension icon, it reads the current page's scripts, markup, loaded resources, and cookie names, and matches them against a list of known technology fingerprints. This matching happens entirely inside your browser. The Extension does not read page content on tabs where you have not clicked the icon, and it does not record your browsing history.
What leaves your browser. Using the Extension's free technology detection sends no information about you or the sites you visit to us. The Extension makes two kinds of network requests:
What is stored on your device. Your API key, your Extension settings, and the cached detection rules are stored locally using your browser's extension storage. They are not transmitted except as described above. You can remove them at any time by clearing the Extension's settings or uninstalling the Extension.
Logos. The Extension displays vendor logos. These may be loaded from the vendor's own website, from LinkedIn's content delivery network, or from Google's public favicon service. Loading a logo discloses to that provider only that an image was requested; it does not include the website you are viewing.
We do not use the Extension to collect personal information, browsing history, or page content, and we do not sell or share any data obtained through the Extension.
Your lookups are not our data. The domain names you look up through the Extension or send to our API are used only to return results to you and to operate, bill, and secure your account. We do not resell them, include them in any dataset or product, use them to build prospect lists, or disclose to anyone which domains you or your organization have looked up. We treat your lookup history as confidential to you.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site, the API, and the Extension and process inquiries, and as required by law. Our current providers include:
We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our users, or the public.
The Site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics or behavioral tracking scripts. The Site uses only essential browser local storage, as described in Section 1, to preserve a form you submit. The Extension does not set cookies and does not contain analytics or tracking code. If we introduce analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy.
We retain form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained by our hosting providers for a limited period. API request logs, including those generated by the Extension, are retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward for billing and security purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
EEA/UK (GDPR): Our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and operating the Site, the API, and the Extension, performance of a contract where you hold an account with us, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
The Site and the Extension are intended for business and investment professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Site and the Extension may link to third-party websites, including vendor websites shown in Extension results. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
